1) Delivery of the product
The product will be delivered - via DHL express courier - to the address specified by the customer. The delivery will be made approximately within three working days from the date of confirmation of the order (Standard Shipping). K KOMISH S.r.l. will not be responsible for any delay. Delivery will be made exclusively in the Italian territory.

The shipment of the product is the responsibility of K Komish Srl. The same, after receiving the product and having verified the integrity of the same, will replace the customer with a product equal to or higher than the purchase price of the item returned .
4) Change of goods
Without prejudice to the right of withdrawal provided for in point 3, the customer may, alternatively, request the replacement of the product within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery of the same. 5) Guarantee
The purchase of the product is subject to the discipline referred to in Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) on sales contracts and guarantees concerning consumer goods and / or specific provisions provided for in this matter by the Civil Code. The warranty covers the product that has conformity defects and can not be invoked in case of negligence and / or carelessness in the use and / or maintenance of the product.
